O Jehovah, the king in Your strength shall be glad,
and shall in Your salvation rejoice;
For You freely have given each wish his heart had,
You at-tend to the cries of his voice.
All the blessings he craved You did graciously give,

By the evil they plotted, the schemes they employed.

You will turn back your foes; You will put them to flight,
when Your arrows are aimed at their face.
